This conference will highlight three major areas:

• The impact of Domestic Violence on Children
• The legal definitions of domestic violence and the current status of Massachusetts law with regard to domestic violence
• How the Probate and Family court and those working with families with domestic abuse allegations grapple with issues of domestic violence in light of the current laws. 

This conference will present perspectives from the point of view of the court, attorneys, Guardians ad Litem, parenting coordinators, and mental health professionals.
